| Custom Creation All forms of custom creation, whether your own unique jutsus and weapons or founding a new clan or ninja village, costs money (Ryo). If this is your first time on the site, unless the kage is willing to invest in you, you will probably not be able to afford any custom stuff for a while. UPDATE: Kages may now invent custom village improvements. These applications will be judged by much higher standards than other requests. To create a custom jutsu, item, skill or clan just open a topic in your Village's Shinobi shop with the word "Custom Creation" in the title, list the stuff you want to be approved and wait for an admin to approve them (feel free to PM an admin if no one replies within a day). IMPORTANT: If the system is too complicated for you to think of a jutsu/item/skill/clan that would fit all the statistical criteria yet do the thing you have envisioned, just ask an admin/mod to create it for you but explain to him what exactly what purpose its suppose to do. If you want a canon jutsu/item/clan, just post a link to it from leafninja.com or naruto.wikia.com and the admin/mod will convert it so that it fits the system. Custom Jutsu Template- Spoiler:

Might as well be said. Custom Skill Template- Spoiler:

Below is a list of the standard cost for jutsus and skills. Custom stuff tend to be 2 or 3 times more expensive though. Prices for items varies too much to be generalized. - Spoiler:
- D rank jutsu/skill = 8,000 ryo
- C rank jutsu/skill = 16,000 ryo
- B rank jutsu/skill = 32,000 ryo
- A rank jutsu/skill = 64,000 ryo
- S rank jutsu/skill = 128,000 ryo or more
NOTE: If the Kage that's running your village is good at his job, there is a chance that the cost of standard and possibly even custom stuff to be cheaper. Things you need to know about clans- Spoiler:
Clans are groups of ninja who've banded together in order to pool their resources and achieve greater success. Based on how old and successful a clan has been, they may have even developed hereditary abilities (Kekke Genkai) or secret jutsus that are unique only to them. Much like how a ninja village is governed (but on a smaller scale), clans can also be improved to grant greater benefits or even unlock special jutsus for its members (the clan budget gets its money from donations from its members, or the ninja village itself if the Kage is willing). Based on how powerful a clan is, we have divided clans into 3 levels: - Level 1 clans are the weakest, least famous and thus cheapest when it comes to creating and improving them. Level 1 clans nether have secret jutsus unique only to that clan nor KGs. They might have other benefits though (such as extra EXP during training or discount when buying or inventing certain types of jutsus or items ect...). Example of level 1 clans: Ten Ten's clan, Rock Lee's clan.
- Level 2 clans have earned quite a reputation for themselves and usually possess secret abilities or jutsus unique only to that clan. Level 2 clans don't usually get a KG stat or an advanced element, but its not unheard of. Example for level 2 clans: Nara, Aburame, Akimichi, Inuzuka, Yamanaka, Fuuma ect...
- Level 3 clans are extremely (in)famous clans, and for good reason. Ninjas in level 3 clans all have a KG stat and have a big advantage compared to normal ninja. To balance this out a bit, level 3 clans have reduced available number of members and their clan improvements are the most expensive. Example for level 3 clans: Uchiha, Hyuuga, Kaguya, and just about every other clan that has an advanced element.
To create a custom clan simply open a Custom Creation topic in your village's shinobi shop, post your clan and wait admin approval. You also need to pay (depending on its level) 1~3~500,000 ryo or possibly more. Clan Template - Spoiler:
Name: (the name of the Clan)
History: (a little more about the "how, when and who" regarding the clan. At least 100 words)
Clan Level: (1, 2 or 3)
Clan budget: (New clans start with no money in their budget. The clan budget fills from donations from its members or if the Kage decides to divert funds from the Village budget. Clans are like little villages themselves, you can improve them in the same way.)
Clan Benefits: (A clan can have up to 5 Benefits. All benefits start at level 0 and you need to pay 10~50~100,000 ryo per level to buy and improve them, provided they can be improved.)
Clan Members: (level 1 clans can have 6 PC members, level 2 can have 4, level 3 can only have 2) Clan Leader - (insert name. Add the other members below)
NOTE: Ninja who have learned secret jutsus from clans through interrogation or obtained a KG through surgical transplants or whatever, only get those things and NOT the rest of the benefits from clan improvements from that clan. If you are having trouble coming up with benefits just look at some of the clans that have already been approved. Here is a list of some of the most common benefits: - Spoiler:
Name: Large Clan Effect: lvl 1 - this clan can have 1 more member lvl 2 - this clan can have 2 more members lvl 3 - this clan can have 3 more members lvl 4 - this clan can have 4 more members lvl 5 - this clan can have 5 more members
Name: Unique Clan Jutsu Effect: Only level 2 and 3 clans can have this benefit. lvl 1 - this clan can have 1 S rank jutsu available only to its members lvl 2 - this clan can have 2 S rank jutsu available only to its members lvl 3 - this clan can have 3 S rank jutsu available only to its members lvl 4 - this clan can have 4 S rank jutsu available only to its members lvl 5 - this clan can have 5 S rank jutsu available only to its members Special: You can exchange 1 S rank jutsu for 2 A or 4 B or 8 C or 16 D rank jutsu. Combination is also possible, for example: Instead of 2 A rank, you can further replace 1 A rank for 2 B ranks.
Name: * advanced element Effect: Only level 2 or 3 clans can have this benefit. lvl 1 - Members of this clan can use the * element lvl 2 - Jutsus of the basic elements that form your advanced element cost 2 stamina less lvl 3 - Jutsus of the basic elements that form your advanced element are 20% cheaper to buy and invent. lvl 4 - Jutsus of the basic elements that form your advanced element cost 3 stamina and 1 BP less lvl 5 - Jutsus of your advanced element cost 5 stamina and 1 BP less. You also gain +1 RT when using them defensively.
Name: Shared Goals Effect: Members of your clan can have the * clanless trait skill even though they are in a clan. Only level 1 clans can have this benefit.
When an admin inspects a clan he must take all things into consideration. If he deems your other benefits are too powerful or make a too powerful combination, he might tell you to nerf a certain benefit even though the exact same benefit had been approved during a different clan creation request. Keep in mind that all clans are different. Founding a new VillageTo create your own village, with you as its first Kage, you must open a Request topic in the "Village Applications" forum, pay 2,000,000 ryo and wait for an admin to approve your request. If denied (due to low number of members on the site), you will receive a refund. You can only create a new PC village in a Neutral country that isn't hostile towards you (in case you made some past transgressions against them) or isn't already conquered by another village. You can bypass the 2nd condition if the Kage of that village gives permission or his rule over that country is broken with a successful rebellion. New PC villages start with 0 money in the budget and 0 level in all village improvements. | |
