A ninja can now easily handle multiple items and small weapons without fumbling. His training also extends to mastering some of the more complex equipment - Effect: You can effectively use up to 3 small projectiles or items in each hand. You can now advance in 1 Kenjutsu skill tree group. - Price: 8,000 ryo Expert Shinobi Weapons Skill- Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: Advanced Shinobi Weapons Skill, 30 Agl, 30 Prc - Description: Last stage in mastering the standard shinobi weapons and items. It allows you to use these weapons with unparalleled efficiency. - Effects: You can effectively use up to 4 small projectiles or items in each hand. You can now advance in 2 Kenjutsu skill tree group. Scrolls, wires, tags and any other miscellaneous item or piece of equipment that usually needs some kind of basic action to use/activate/handle/ect. costs 1 BP and 1 Stm less. Reduce the total weight of small weapons, items and accessories by half. - Price: 32,000 ryo Basic Chakra Control - Basic physical and spiritual energy fusion- Free Skill, E Rank - Requirements: 10 Stm, 5 Nin or Gen or possibly KG - Description: This ninja has just learned how to fuse the energy from his stamina with spiritual energy, thus create Chakra. However he still has a lot to learn. - Effect: You can cast nin and genjutsus up to D rank. - Price: 2,000 ryo Advanced Chakra Control - Tree Climbing- Free Skill, D Rank - Requirements: Basic Chakra Control, 20 stm - Description: This ninja is now become quite skilled at molding physical and spiritual energy. - Effect: You can caste nin and genjutsus up to B rank. You can also stick to walls and ceilings. Taking damage equal or more than 20% of your current Stamina in a single Clash will cause you to fall. - Price: 4,000 ryo Expert Chakra Control - Water Walking- Free Skill, C Rank - Requirements: Tree Climbing Skill, 40 stm - Description: This ninja's ability at manipulating chakra is so good that he can now cast all but the most complex nin and genjutsus without problems. - Effect: You can cast nin and genjutsus up to A rank, you can also cast S rank jutsus but they cost 5 Stm more and will not receive any BP or Stm reduction from other skill. You can also walk on water. Reduce stamina cost for genjutsus and ninjutsus of your primary element by 5, all other type of jutsus cost 3 stamina less. - Price: 32,000 ryo Firm Grip- Free Skill, D Rank - Description: The ninja grips a medium or heavy one-handed weapon with both hands. - Effects: While holding a weapon with both hands, halve its Str requirement. - Price: 4,000 ryo Favorite jutsu- Free Skill, B and A Rank - Requirements: Level 15 and Level 30 the second time. - Description: Everyone needs a trump card. - Effects: The user permanently picks one jutsu he knows and that jutsu will cost 5 Stm and 1 BP less. You can't pick the same jutsu twice. - Price: 16,000~32,000 ryo Veteran- Free Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Level 30 - Description: No matter how smart or with how much talent a rookie is born with, the experience gained through long years of hardship and survival on the field can never be replaced. - Effects: User gets +10 PS and KS. +1 RT each Clash when fighting a ninja(s) whose ninja level is 15 or more levels lower than your own. Doesn't work on other Veteran ninja. - Price: 32,000 ryo Burning Rivalry- Free Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Admin approval. - Description: Blood feuds are often passed on to the next generation. - Effects: Chose 1 clan, KG type or just 1 particular person. When fighting someone from that clan or with that KG, gain +5 Passive defense and your every offensive action/jutsu gains +10 attack power. Double these effects if you chose only 1 person. - Price: 32,000 ryo Bottomless Hatred- Free Skill, S Rank - Requirements: Burning Rivalry, Admin approval. - Description: Revenge gives them meaning, purpose, life. - Effects: The user chooses one member on the forum. If the two ever meet in a same [important] RP topic then nether can leave it until at least one of them is dead. - Price: 64,000 ryo Diligent Hardworking Student- Free Skill, S Rank - Requirements: Only genin below level 10 can buy this skill. - Description: Not everyone can be a born genius, which is why one has to make up for it with hard work. - Effects: Gain +50% more EXP from special training equipment/areas/facilities/events. Double the EXP gained when trained by people with training related skill. Increase the chance of obtaining a jutsu or skill from such cases by 15%. - Price: 128,000 ryo Grave Robber- Normal Skill, D Rank - Requirements: Must have larceny in your heart you greedy bastard! - Description: The dead have no use for money. So no harm done if the living help themselves to it. - Effects: The user can take 40% (instead of 20%) of the PC ninja's money when looting his body. There is no extra travel time when you choose to "retrieve" and/or "loot" after a battle. When looting, each hand counts as 3 empty slots and every empty slot on yourself becomes universal, you can still travel even if the weight from equipment surpasses Strength by more than half. With admin approval, this skill may have other effects. - Special: Using this skill gets you a place in the bingo book, or if you're already in it, it increases the bounty on your head. - Price: 8,000 ryo Brilliant Strategist- Normal Skill, D Rank - Requirements: Mustn't have the Act of Desperation skill. - Description: " Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win" ~Sun Tzu. - Effects: You can now transfer 1 more BP from your current to your next topic. If you transfer BP from 1 turn to the next then, once per clash during that turn you can boost your enemy's jutsu by 25% in exchange for +1 RT. If you have the "Brains Over Brawn" skill you can reduce your own jutsu's power by -25% in exchange for causing -1 RT on your opponent. - Special: Double this skill's effects if you have "Silent Observer" skill. - Price: 8,000 ryo Brains over Brawn- Normal Skill, D Rank - Description: It takes more than brute strength to survive in the world of the Shinobi. - Effects: +5 KS and +1 more for every 3rd level after level 17. Increase the stat cap of one KS value by 10. Every level up, if you want, you can trade in 2 PS points for 1 KS point. If you have the Brilliant Strategist skill the trade off can be 3 PS for 2 KS. - Price: 8,000 ryo Act of Desperation- Normal Skill, D Rank - Description: You’d be surprised what you could do when push comes to shove. - Effects: At the cost of 10 Stm, the user gets an additional +1 BP and +1 RT (1 clash only), 2 if you have Survival Instincts, 3 if you also have Iron Will. This skill can be used only once per turn and only if you are more injured than the opponent or his level is higher than yours. - Price: 8,000 ryo Survival Instincts- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: Act of Desperation - Description: When near death the human body pulls all stops for the sake of survival. - Effects: When Stamina drops below 25%, and you are more injured than your opponent, you get +30 Stm and for your next 2 turns (current one including) ignore all exhaustion and damage related penalties. If you do not win or escape the topic after 2 turns you pass out or die (depending on how injured you are). Even if you do win or escape in time, if you have no appropriate healing items, skills, jutsus, medic nin allies, you will still pass out or die. - Price: 16,000 ryo Iron Will- Normal Skill, C Rank - Description: Having a definite goal in mind, they waver at nothing. - Effects: +10 Gen Resistance, you 1 extra gen resistance per round while under a genjutsu. Increase Genjutsu Kai's effectiveness by 5, by 10 if you have the Brilliant Strategist skill, its Stm cost is halved if you have Brains Over Brawn. If you have both then, when an enemy uses the same genjutsu on you more than once, in addition to your Normal gen resistance, you gain the temporary gen resistance you accumulated last time you were under that genjutsu. - Price: 16,000 ryo Secrets of the Blood- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: Must have a KG - Description: A Kekke Genkai is a precious gift from birth that can't be substituted with any training or knowledge or experience. You were born with an advantage, plain and simple. Don't be shy to use it or it will go to waste. - Effects: +25 KG and +1 more for every level above 25. This skill counts towards the stat cap. - Price: 16,000 ryo Quick Draw- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: Agl 50 - Description: Some ninja take the saying "The hand is quicker than the eye" a bit too literally. - Effects: The basic actions Draw, Deflection, Throw and Interception cost 1 BP less. - Price: 16,000 ryo Expeditious Retreat- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: not have Vicious Predator - Description: " I may be a coward but I’m a fast, cunning, resourceful coward...damn it!" - Effects: User receives a dice roll advantage when escaping a topic. Cooldown between escape attempts is decreased by 1 turn. Decrease Normal travel time by 1 hour, by 3 if being chased or had just escaped a topic. When using the advanced travel option "Stealthy", lower the chances of being detected and decrease the extra travel time it generates by half. - Price: 16,000 ryo Vicious Predator- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: not have Expeditious Retreat - Description: "You can't run, you can't hide." - Effects: This ninja is an excellent tracker, able to find even the most well hidden places/people. People trying to escape from a topic that he's in receives a disadvantage in the dice rolls. Their cooldown between their escape attempts is increased by 1 turn. Decrease Normal travel time by 1 hour, by 3 if chasing or tracking someone. When using the advanced travel option "Caution", increase the chances of detecting "Stealthy" ninja and decrease the extra travel time it generates by half. - Price: 16,000 ryo Tough Guy- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: 40 Str - Effects: 20% of your Str stat is converted into passive defense (stacks with other such skills). - Price: 16,000 ryo Bull's Strength- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: 50 Str - Description: The ninja is much stronger than he looks (and trust me, he looks pretty strong). - Effects: +5 Str. 10% of your Str is converted into passive defense. Decrease the total weight of your equipment by 1/4. - Price: 16,000 ryo Hard Body Training- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: 50 Stm - Description: Inside a strong body resides a strong spirit. - Effects: +5 Stm. "Rest" recovers 6 Stm. A serious injury occurs after you receive damage equal or more than 30, 60 and 90% of your maximum Stamina. Exhaustion penalties start after Stm drops below 50% instead of 60%. - Price: 16,000 ryo Excellent Health- Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: 50 Stm - Description: Ever heard the expression "treat your body like a temple"? - Effects: +25 Stm and +1 more for every level after 25. - Price: 32,000 ryo Silent Observer- Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: Level 28 - Description: " If you know your enemy as you know yourself, you will win a hundred battles" ~Sun Tzu. - Effects: When your opponent uses the same offensive or defensive action/jutsu a 3rd time, it will be mentally noted and receives an additional mental note every time it's used after that. Your own actions/jutsus gain a 5% boost per number of mental notes when used against enemy action/jutsu that have been mentally noted. Any jutsu/action that hasn't received a new mental note within 2 turns, loses all current notes. Enemy attacks that have been mentally noted 3 (or more) times no longer get cheap shot bonuses. - Special: - If you have the Brilliant Strategist Skill, this skill's requirement is 5 levels lower. On the same turn you use the Brilliant Strategist skill, the boost from mental notes is 10% instead of 5.
- ]If you have the Brains over Brawn Skill, this skill's requirement is 5 levels lower. Also, enemy action/jutsu initially get mentally noted after the 2nd use instead of 3rd. Enemy attacks with 2 mental notes don't get cheap shot bonuses.
- If you have both skills, this skill's level requirement becomes 13. Also, mental notes remain until the end of the battle. If you fight an enemy you've fought before, any of his actions/jutsus he's used against you before need only 1 use to receive a mental note.
- Price: 32,000 ryo Superhuman Strength- Normal Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Bull's Strength, 100 Str - Description: This skill allows incredible feats such as huge weight lifting and manipulation of extremely heavy weapons as if they where feathers. - Effects: +15 Str. 20% of your Str is added to your passive defense. Decrease the total weight of your equipment by half. Passive defense ignores 25% of "Superiority" effects. (doesn't stack with Bull's Strength). - Price: 64,000 ryo Perfect Body Training- Normal Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Hard Body Training - Description: "Treat your body like a temple". - Effects: +10 Stm. Unless exhausted or seriously injured, 5% of your current Stm is added to your passive defense. "Rest" recovers 7 Stm. A serious injury occurs after you receive damage equal or more than 40 and 80% of your maximum Stamina. Exhaustion penalties start after Stm drops below 40% instead of 50%. - Price: 64,000 ryo Multitasking- Normal Skill, A Rank - Requirements: level 35, at least 1 successful A rank mission, been in more than 20 battles, not have the Act of Desperation skill - Description: Old battle-hardened shinobi have a motor memory so refined that they don't even have to put in conscious effort into most of the stuff they wanna do. Which leaves their mind free to address more pressing matters. - Effects: +1 BP. You may have 2 different free actions per round, if you can. - Price: 64,000 ryo Lone Wolf- Normal Skill, A Rank - Requirements: level 35, Survival Instincts skill, not have any training skills, Wise Leader or Calculated, Coordinated Teamwork. - Description: In the end, a shinobi can't depend on anyone else but himself. - Effects: Double-edge attacks reduce twice as much RT. Enemy NPCs, summon c., pets and clones lose 2 BP and any offensive or defensive action/jutsu used against them or in response to their attack is 25% greater. If fighting more than 1 opponent (not counting puppets and such) increase all PS and KS stats by 10%, gain +1 BP and, if you have the Iron Will skill, you recover 10 Stamina and 1 Normal damage at the end of your post. - Special: This skill works only if you haven't got any ally PCs, NPCs summon c. or pet with you. - Price: 64,000 ryo Taijutsu and Weapon user SkillsIf you want to buy any of the Kenjutsu skills, you'll need the Advanced or Expert Shinobi weapon's skill (see general skills above). - Spoiler:
UNARMED skill tree: Basic Taijutsu Skill - Free Skill, D Rank - Description: Hand-to-Hand combat becomes more than instinctive punches and kicks. This ninja actually understands the art of combat and knows what he is doing…sort of. - Effects: You can now use basic actions and generic Taijutsu. - Price: 4,000 ryo
Advanced Taijutsu Skill - Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: Basic Taijutsu Skill, 25 Tai - Description: At this level one has enough experience with Taijutsu to be considered a serious practitioner and a potent threat indeed. - Effects: Taijutsu cost 1 Stm less. Expert Taijutsu Skill - Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: Advanced Taijutsu Skill, 50 Tai. - Description: Few ninja have the patience or see the practicality in devoting their time and energy to achieve this level of martial prowess. Those who have, know better. - Effects: Taijutsu cost 3 Stm and 1 BP less. You can have up to 3 Taijutsu styles. You can change fighting styles at the beginning of the turn (no BP cost) or in the middle of battle (-1 BP). - Price: 32,000 ryo
Kenjutsu skill tree (BLADE Weapons): Basic Blade Mastery - Free Skill, C Rank - Description: Congratulations, you now know which end of the sword to hold and how to use it without killing yourself in the process. - Effects: You can now wield Medium and Large melee blade weapons. - Price: 8.000 ryo
Advanced Blade Mastery - Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: 25 Tai - Description: The blade has ceased to be a separate thing, it is now an extension of your body and your will. - Effects: You can have 1 kenjutsu style. Choose 1 weapon, from now on that is your Weapon of Choice. - Price: 32.000 ryo
Expert Blade Mastery - Normal Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Advanced Blade Mastery, 50 tai - Description: You are now a kensei, a Sword Saint. - Effects: You can have up to 2 kenjutsu styles. When using your Weapon of Choice the basic action "Draw" costs 1 BP less. Any action and jutsu performed when using your Weapon of Choice gets a 5% boost, 10% if its from your kenjutsu style, 15% if the opponent is unarmed and has no appropriate fighting style. You can change styles at the start of your turn (no BP cost) or during battle (-1 BP). - Price: 64.000 ryo

Advanced Blunt Prowess - Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: 25 Tai - Description: You have finally let go of that feeling of inferiority you had for blunt weapons when compared to sharp weapons. A blunt weapon in your hands is a versatile weapon indeed. - Effects: You can have 1 bōjutsu style. Choose 3 blunt type weapons, they become your favorite weapons, switching from 1 favorite weapon to another costs only 1 BP. - Price: 32.000 ryo
Expert Blunt Prowess - Normal Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Advanced Blunt Mastery, 50 tai - Description: You are now a kensei, a Sword Saint. - Effects: You can have 3 bōnjutsu styles. When using your favorite weapons, the basic action "Draw" and kenjutsus from your fighting styles cost 1 BP less. You can change styles at any time if the style matches your favorite weapon, otherwise you can change only at the start of your turn (no BP cost) or during battle (-1 BP). - Price: 64.000 ryo
Kenjutsu skill tree (RANGED Weapons): Basic Ranged Weapons - Free Skill, C Rank - Description: You have just started down on the path of using ranged weaponry in combat. - Effects: You can now wield Medium and Large ranged and projectile weapons. - Price: 8.000 ryo
Advanced Ranged Weapons - Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: 20 Prc, 15 Agl, 10 Tai - Description: Your skills with Ranged weapons are now in a totally different league than your average shinobi. Hitting the target is no longer a matter of “Can I hit it?” but “How many times do you want me to hit it?” - Effects: You can have 1 Kyūdō style. You gain 1 extra item slot. - Price: 32.000 ryo
Expert Ranged Weapons - Normal Skill, A Rank - Requirements: Advanced Ranged Weapons, 40 Prc, 30 Agl, 20 Tai - Description: Your accuracy is astonishing, you can hit almost any target you want from great distances. Doing considerable damage to the opponent now is not only plausible but expected. - Effects: You gain 1 extra item and accessory slots. When using ranged weapons, once per clash you gain +1 RT. Distance, up to 30 meters, no longer has a negative effect on your weapons and jutsus. - Price: 64.000 ryo Ninjutsu and Genjutsu SkillsSome of these skills aren't exclusively for nin and genjutsus only. They can easily be used for some interesting combinations with other type of skills. - Spoiler:
Elemental Proficiency [1,2,3]- Normal Skill, C,B and A Rank - Requirements: 1st time: 20 Nin 2nd time: 45 Nin 3rd time: 70 Nin - Description: Fire, Wind, Thunder, Earth and Water, these are the forces of Nature that Shinobi have learned to control in order to be deadlier in combat. - Effects: Each time you buy this skill you can pick 1 element and you will have the ability to use jutsus of that element. The first element you buy is your primary element, jutsus from your the secondary and tertiary elements will cost an extra 1 and 2 Stm more per rank (staring with D rank). Each time you buy this skill it takes up an extra skill slot. - Special: If you have a KG with an advanced element you have to use this skill to obtain it. It will have other requirements and possibly different rules regarding secondary and tertiary elements. - Price: 16,000~32,000~64,000 ryo Sub Jutsu mastery- Free, Normal Skill, D,C,B,A,S rank - Description: Jutsus (especially ninjutsus) are too numerous and complicated to be classified under a single type. Many jutsus require special training, research and expertise before they can be used. - Effects: Each time you buy this skill pick 1 sub-type from the list. After the 6th, 9th and 12th purchase its price doubles and counts as 1 more normal skill. - Price: 2,000~8,000~16,000~32,000~64,000 ryo Mobile Casting- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: Nin or Gen 40 - Description: Why make yourself an easy target while casting jutsus? - Effects: The basic action "Tactical Repositioning" costs 1 less BP while performing handseals for a jutsu. If you have the "Surreal Speed" skill, the basic action "Dodge" is also affected. - Price: 16,000 ryo Handseal Mastery- Normal Skill, C Rank - Requirements: Water walking skill, 40 Agl, 40 Nin or Gen - Description: Through long practice and diligence, performing hand seals has become second nature to some ninja. - Effects: -1 BP cost for jutsus that require handseals. - Price: 16,000 ryo One Hand Casting- Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: Handseal Mastery - Description: Through long practice and dedication, and a bit of talent, some ninja can learn to make hand seals with only one hand. - Effects: Handseals for jutsu up to B rank (that require hand seals) can be performed with only one hand. This skill can also be used for A rank jutsus, but they'll cost 4 stm and 1 BP more than usual. - Price: 32,000 ryo Elemental Bound- Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: at least Elemental Proficiency 1 - Description: Tap into the core of your nature element. - Effects: +10 Nin when using jutsus of your primary element. Also, their prices are reduced by 30% (custom jutsu included) and cost 3 Stamina less. - Price: 32,000 ryo Gifted Illusionist- Normal Skill, B Rank - Requirements: 50 Gen - Description: Some ninja have come to the conclusion that it is the state of the mind that matters when casting Genjutsu. For such people handseals are a trivial matter that can sometimes be avoided altogether. - Effects: Genjutsus cost 1 BP less. Increase Genjutsu Kai's effectiveness by 5. +5 Gen KS, 10 if you have the Brains over Brawn skill. Opportunist -Special Skill -Requirements: Greatest RP Award -Description: If your opponent makes a mistake, make him pay for it in blood. -Effect: Once per turn, you can add a circumstantial bonus to 1 action/jutsu (in points, not %) equal or less than your ninja level. You can only use this effect if your opponent makes an RP mistake. If there in no RP mistake to exploit or you always use the maximum boost even if the situation doesn't call for it, this skill will be taken away. Example for RP exploitable mistake: "Your opponent says his ninja is extremely angry, berserk even." you can use this as an excuse to boost your gen power because those who aren't in control of their emotions are easier to manipulate (note how Itachi was always ice cold).

| Clanless traits _______________________________________________ It's a fact that characters with clans (like Nara) or with KGs (like Uchiha, Hyuuga or Aburame) have a big advantage over not-so-fortunate ninja. In tribute to Ten Ten, Temari, Rock Lee, Kankuro and all the other "average" ninja (and in order to avoid a site full of one man clans where everyone has a KG) people without clans or KGs have the right to choose 1 "Clanless traits" from those listed below: Healer at heartMedical Ninja are rare. The necessary requirements are high, the training is long and difficult, the stress is unimaginable. Not to mention it's a pain for a village to finance all that. Many who start walking down that road are often forced to turn back. Those that preserve are often no longer qualified to call themselves true ninja because the time consuming medical training had dulled the rest of their combat skills. But every so often, a truly talented ninja comes along who was "born" to be a medic. - Spoiler:
Medical Ability: Brains and firm hands are required for good doctors, years of study lead to perfection. Fortunately, some people are much faster. - Medic-wanna-be and Veteran Medic skill have no requirements. Auto-Gained.

HaptephobiaThese ninja dislike "getting physical" so they use long range weapons with pinpoint and deadly accuracy to take down enemies from a distance. They usually rely on their own skills, and the amount of weapons they have, to effectively take out their enemies without even giving them a chance to react. - Spoiler:

Adaptation:- At the beginning of a battle you can take 20 PS and KS points from one PS and KS stat (except Stamina and KG) and put them in another PS and KS stat. - This ninja gains double beneficial effects and half negative effects when fighting on a type of turf (forest, urban site, cliff, desert ect...) on which he has already fought before in an [important] topic. Gained at level 25.
Copycat: Why try to master something through hard work when you can just rip it off of your friends or rivals? - Choose one close friend or enemy (someone he's RPed with in at least 2 [important] topics), pick 1 ability from his Clanless Trait and add it as your own. Gained at level 5 and 15 (you don't have to choose immediately).

The Born LoserNot every person has an easy time when it comes to molding chakra, in fact, some have been crippled in that aspect since birth. People with this disadvantage that want to become ninjas have only 1 option left. Become masters of Taijutsu. Not everyone can pull this off, but those that do possess the will to train their bodies and physical prowess beyond most other ninja. Though they lack the ability to use Genjutsu or Ninjutsu as effectively as most other ninja, they will never be outmatched win it comes to using their own body. - Spoiler:

Small fortune: Aside from his job as a full fledged shinobi, this ninja (or his family) has an alternative, and much more high-income, financial source. - Receive 10,000 ryo whenever you level up. Auto-Gained.
- Receive 100,000 ryo when you become a genin. Each following 'rank up' earns you another 100,000 ryo + the amount of ryo you received during the previous rank up. Auto-Gained.

- If you have the "Small fortune" trait then, this ninja can use "certain channels" to "custom order" a piece of equipment from another village's shinobi shop or the black market. In some rare cases (pending admin approval), he can even have a copy made of some ninja's custom equipment even if its not in his village's shop. The price for such an order is twice the standard price of the item he is ordering (don't apply any price reduction modifiers) and such an item can't be added to your own village's shinobi shop.
